Hi, I’m Tatum Conner, the virtual assistant behind heywillow. In 2022, I stepped away from my career in childcare to start a career as a virtual assistant, bringing with me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and customer service. My experience in both childcare and customer-facing roles taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and attention to detail—all qualities I now bring to every client partnership.
Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of entrepreneurs and business owners. My work has included social media management, CRM/database organization, project management, sales support, design assistance, data entry, and event coordination. Each collaboration has not only expanded my skills but also strengthened my passion for helping business owners create space to focus on what they do best.
My goal is simple: to be the reliable, flexible support you can count on so your business runs smoothly, your clients feel cared for, and you gain more time back in your day.

I’m sure you’re wondering where the name heywillow came from. Willow is my dog, and while I first chose the name simply because I loved the sound of it, I later learned that willows symbolize strength, vitality, and growth. They bend and sway, yet remain deeply rooted; resilient through every challenge.
Her name became a reflection of our journey. After a hard season of transition, recovery, and rebuilding, Willow and I started fresh as two independent ladies ready to take on whatever came our way. Not long after her recovery from surgery, we moved out on our own, and I launched this business.
Just like the willow tree, I bring those same qualities into my work with clients: strength to handle challenges, flexibility to adapt to changing needs, and a rootedness that creates stability and consistency in your business. My goal is to be the steady support behind the scenes so you can focus on what you do best, knowing the details are handled with care.
