Hi, my name is Tatum Conner, the virtual assistant behind heywillow. Two years ago I stepped away from my career in childcare to pursue a career in virtual assisting. Drawing from my past experience in customer service and childcare, I've developed strong communication skills, an acute attention to detail, and proficiency in organizational, time management, and customer service tasks.
Over the past two years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with numerous entrepreneurs, enriching my skill set in areas such as social media management, CRM/database cleanup/organization, project management, sales, design, data entry, event planning/management and more.

I'm sure you're wondering where this name came from. Willow is the name of my dog. Admittedly, I chose the name simply because I like the sound of it. Later, I discovered that willows represent vitality and growth. They are strong, rooted, and able to withstand a lot, yet they sway and bend easily. Her name became a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts, and she has lived up to it through years of hardship, transition, rebuilding, and overcoming medical challenges. Willow and I have built our life together as two independent ladies. Shortly after she recovered from her surgery, we moved out on our own and started our life together, and I launched my business. What better name for a career built on flexibility than to honor the little lady who has kept me rooted but has shown me how to be flexible with every curveball we have faced?
